Vice Chancellor's Welcome

On behalf of the staff in the division of student affairs at Arkansas State University (ASU), I would like to welcome you to our campus. And for those of you who are in the process of seeking out a higher education institution, I welcome you as well.

As Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs it is my desire to enhance your college experience by offering programming and services that result in experiences you will remember for a life time. At ASU, we expect our students to excel not only academically, but also socially and professionally. Growing as a student and as an individual is what college should be about.  My wish for all students is to get involved, meet other students, make lasting friendships, have those "once in a life time" moments while achieving and maintaining academic success.  That is the essence of college life!

The Division of Student Affairs is comprised of twelve student services departments. They are: Admissions, Career Services, Counseling Services, Dining Services, Disability Services, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Residence Life, Student Health Center, Campus Life, Student Union, Testing Services and University Police Department.  Each of these departments is led by a variety of innovative and gifted individuals.  The Division of Student Affairs cares about our students, making their success our highest priority!
