Student Apartments

The Department of Residence Life, Division of Student Affairs, will open a new apartment complex in fall 2009.  This project was undertaken to provide more apartment-style living options for upperclass students.  Arkansas State University and Residence Life contracted with Wittenburg, Delony and Davidson Architects and Treanor Architects to design an apartment facility to complement Collegiate Park Apartments.   Students must have 60 credit hours to be eligible to live in the new facility.  Apartments will be rented out by individual bedrooms.

• One 3,820 sq. ft. commons building with laundry area and activity space
